We provide 6 months warranty on the metalwares.
What will be covered for the warranty?
All metalwares and parts will be included, such as the hinges, rubber rings and screws but not the glass top. The gas lifting system will be under warranty provided it is design or material problem. Damage to the gas lifting system by accident or wrong application is not included. Material will be free during the warranty period which is within 6 months from the date of delivery and acceptance.
How much will it be for those spare parts replacement after the warranty period?
Labour charges at HK$500/ visit plus material cost:-
Rubber Ring: Inclusive in Labour Charges (maximum 2)
Hinges:HK$50@, subject to material cost changes
Glass Top:HK$1,000 for table top centerpiece, subject to material cost changes and applicable during and
post warranty period
HK$ 500 for each extension, subject to material cost changes and applicable during and
post warranty period
Is the rubber ring on the ABS wheel of Rondo CR replaceable?
Yes, we provide free rubber rings for replacement during the 6 months warranty. After the warranty period, HK$500 per visit plus cost of material if technical services is required.
Why the Rondo CR table top is not as level as newly purchase?
This may due to the bending of the hinges. To avoid the hinges bending, you must ensure holding the extensions until the Rondo is fully “opened”. By allowing the extensions to free fall while opening, the hinges will be bended and the table extensions will not be as level as the centerpiece. This is considered as wrong application and damage by accident. Living Better provides hinges replacement at our cost during the 6 months warranty period.
